At Busy Bee Designs, we promise to deliver quality balloons and décor to our clients. Busy Bee Designs will never use low-quality balloons from department stores. Our latex balloons are made from natural latex — non-plastic, 100% biodegradable, and made in the U.S.A. Please complete the inquiry form. Once you have completed this form, read the Terms & Conditions, please check the box below and agree to the terms. Any area marked with an * is a required field. Busy Bee Designs is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care.

Although we use only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.

A 50% retainer will be requested once your designs have been selected, to confirm your event date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Please note, once your event has been confirmed -- if you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and I would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. You will receive a payment and schedule e-mail confirmation once your inquiry has been received.
